The red, green and blue Koopa Kids not only appear in the Multiplayer Bowser Minigames but on the last board Bowser's Enchanted Inferno! too, but only in 8-Player Mode! Two of them appear every time when a player lands on a ? Space in front of a cannon that shoots players to a different island. The two Koopa Kids lift up the two players in a team and throw them into the cannon.

They only show up in a space in this game? They don't participate in the minigames like in MP5's story mode?

There’s a code for DK too and surprisingly he has animations that don’t appear elsewhere in the game which means they must’ve scrapped him pretty far into development

They need to be stabilized, im sure just a few coats of code will make their crashes stop happening

they were playable in either 5 or 6 (I don’t remember) and they also appeared in a lot of the Bowser mini games in 7, such as Funderwall

Humm i THINK this is more do to the gamecube Mario Parties being build on one another.

Mario Party 6 had Koopa Kid playable and in solo mode you faced against the colored ones, they being on Mario Party 7 could just be some left over stuff from 6. But that's just my guess
