Mam I love all ur videos. I am 33 years old . In my early childhood I had Asthma. When I turned 7+ years, asthma got converted into an allergic cold. For almost 25+ years I was suffering from an allergic cold. I saw one of your videos on kapalabhati and Anulom vilom. These two helped me a lot. Now I am free from my allergic cold. In europe a day behind the desk starts at 830-900. travel begore is mostly 1 hour. so good luck cramping this kind of routine in 1, 5 hour or less every day.

I was so confused should I bath before or after yoga but I realise I should listen to my body as I feel fresh if I shower after yoga and this video supported me😊
