We don't have dining table in our home..though we can afford it..we sit on ground to eat and doing vjarasana after meal for atleast 10-15 Minutes and guess what..we haven't faced any problem regarding digestion.👍

Habits for a healthier life style
- one task at a time
- avoid food when you angry, extremely sad, anxious and disturbed
- don’t suppress natural urges (sneezing, fart, coughing..etc)
- start your day calm
- sit for at least 5 min after eating a meal
- keep your spine straight
- avoid drinking iced drinks during a meal
- find a joyful sport
- don’t overeat to avoid food wastage

Hope you’ll have a healthy life, get a clear skin and your body you always wanted
