Bowel wash and Enema, these are procedures and people think that if they wash their bowel, their toxins will be gone and then they do become well but there are no hard or scientific data at this point of time there are some revealing datas that are showing positive results, some showing negative results. When we do Bowel Wash, we need some substances like a powder or something so that the entire bowel gets washed and they pass 3 to 4 or several times, basically that we do before some surgeries and before colonoscopy and enema we give to clean the rectum. Enema we give to clean the large intestine and the sigmoid colon that is the next art beyond rectum, enema we give if there is constipation and hard stools so that they pas the hard stools down. Number two, when we are planning the examination of the rectum and sigmoid colon, that is sigmoidoscopy. Then we use enema, these are the 2 uses of enema, one for constipation and next for diagnostic procedure. So this is how Enema and Bowel wash are utilized.

can you use epsom salt in an enema? how much do you use and how long to hold in? i keep reading mixed reviews and answers. also when people use salt to flush i get confused bc doesnt salt/sodium make you bloat?

doctor oppose enema but when come to colonoscopy then they say ok for enema and 20-30 time water motion before colonoscopy.
how contradict. when 20-30 time loose motion and that also weak person for colonoscopy. are doctor kidding and joking and thinking people are fool.
