Thank you, Doctor, GOD bless! I find that stress causes constipation no matter how healthy one eats.

Using organic coffee enemas, I was entirely healed from my intoxicated liver due to severe alcoholism and I do carry my enema kit everywhere. Even when I travel overseas! I use it before breakfast and live in peace for the rest of the day.

I had a miserable time for two days. I was up all night wanting, needing to have a BM but was unable. Couldn't sleep at all knowing that feeling of needing go, but unable to.

If you know you are struggling the softeners does take some time, but will eventually work. However, if you are in desperate need, then yes have an enema on hand for the household.

I just had the driest stool back up. I drank coconut nut, magnesium citrate, and finally, the enema! The enema saved my life! The stool wouldn't come out, and i was dying on the toilet for 5 hours!

Oh my goodness Dr Chung, it’s too much too type about my conditions, and can’t find the right doctors who don’t push pills. Practicing Functional medicine is what has truly saved me besides God, but I have this severe pain and bloating, along with many other issues, but started with toxic exposure to mold etc then lead to lupus on and on.
But with all my illnesses and injuries the gut is more pain and dibilitating. Even the enima doesn’t work. Only colonics. Then I saw you were in OC CA. What a new years gift. Now I have to see if you take my insurance. I also have a friend I help that needs a proctologist who is UCI hospital as we speak.
So Blessed I found you. Trying to do something at home today to get through so my new year first day isn’t miserable. God Bless.

Then how do you poop successfully each day? Tired of pushing and nothing comes out!😢 I will try magnesium citrate or mag O7...try beet juice...and walking a lot.😅

My fissure retore a month ago and what has helped me the most is to use a bulb enema after I have a bowel movement to make sure I am able to completely empty my bowels. My stool is always very soft. But I was dreading having another bowel movement in the afternoon because of the spasms. Also it helps me not to strain because I know that I can just use my small enema bulb and inject a small amount of tap water into the rectal vault and within 30 seconds of using it, I can finish my bowel movement. This seems to be the easiest way for me to avoid straining and also make sure I am completely empty. But after watching your video, I am now slightly concerned that I will become dependent. My fissure is healing and my pain is more manageable now. I thought that by using the small bulb enema, that is would help prevent the left over stool in my rectal vault from touching the fissure to prevent bacterial contamination of my fissure. Should I just stop doing this? If I stop then I will definitely have another bowel movement in the afternoon. I’ve always been a 2 times per day person and really trying to have only one bowel movement per day.

I am not sure Doctors are scared to enema, I am using tap water enema since 3 years no problem at all.

I have a great case study for you. I was on a optislim keto diet. I got constipated after about 1.5 months. I went a few days, didn't worry me. After a week, I was taking laxatives alot. After 2 weeks, I was desperate. I tried an emulsion laxative, pills, suppositories, no relief. I went to hospital twice, only to be sent home with no scan or help because I was not in alot of pain, just super bloated. So after 35 days of no poop, I went to my gp and begged for a colonoscopy prep kit. I drank 4 cups of pico prep and I got nothing. 16 hours later, I pooped a tiny bit! Now remember during this whole time, I took huge doses of many different laxatives. And then I basically pooped water, runny stools for about 2 to 3 months every 20 or so minutes. I was absolutely stunned how long this whole ordeal took, but I definitely should have gone for urgent surgery in my opinion.

I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome my gastroenterologist said it would be safe to use water enemas daily. Traveling it's always sttressful, I don't take the enema with me. I rely on stool softeners and natural laxatives.

Can you talk about relaxing the muscle to poop vs pushing the poop? They say not to strain but the internet always gives extreme cases like straining very hard for 20 minutes. But sometimes I feel like I need to give the poop a push to get it out rather than relaxing. I just had a hemorrhoidectomy and I don’t want to ruin it by getting more.

I’m awaiting sigmoid colon surgery because of recurring diverticulitis and I have a fistula that passes into my bladder, causing recurring uti’s. I’m on a soft diet, but it seems like it has created a problem of making large rough stools that are difficult to pass, causing pain, bleeding and anxiety. I can’t wait to get this over with. I’m awaiting the colorectal surgeon, and the urologist surgeons schedules to align with the robot to all coincide. This sucks. Saline doesn’t offer any lubricant. Glycerin seems the best, and mineral oil as well, orally and as an enema.
