the saddest part about this is that sheldon was grieving so hard that he cant even express anything at this stage, he chooses to avoid grief to make it less painful, and seeing that this whole speech was never actually said out loud but only in his head shows how hes just like mentally shut down

I think its something a lot of us has done not knowing when death happens. I wish id told my mum and dad how much I loved them and thanked them for everything they did for me last time I spoke to them but death comes when we dont expect it sometimes. The exact same thing happened to me when my dog died, it was world book day 2019 and I was so excited to go to school in my dress up, I waved at my dog and headed off to school not knowing I would later come back to an empty house. My parents were sitting in the couch and i immediately knew what had happened. I still think about what I could of done to this day, kissed him on the cheek, hugged him, but no, I only waved. This is a message to all dog owners out there. Cherish the moments you have with your dogs, you don’t know which days might be the last x

It’s ok he didn’t say them out loud to everyone, if he thought them, his daddy heard them..GOD made sure of that. Just sad he wasn’t able to ask for help in his grievance, but his family had his back

I think this scene gives a beautiful voice to those who are introverted and may struggle with expressing their feelings, especially socially. I’m a rather extroverted person in many ways and this gave me a very clear understanding that I didn’t have before

My dad's birthday is in 2 weeks. We lost him 3 years ago, at the age of 87. Sheldon's speech here brought tears to my eyes. I feel like there is so much that remained unsaid. 😢

This is a prime example of people not enjoying what they have versus complaining what they don't have. You never know what you got until it's gone. There are a lot of things in life I really want but all I really need right now is my family, a roof over my head and a good job and that's what I got. I thank God everyday for the blessings I have in my life.

It’s so sad because Sheldon was grieving so hard and he didnt know how to express his feelings he didnt have anyone to talk to… He really regretted. Not saying goodbye to his father. Seeing Sheldon like that really hits hard. I wish he had really said all of that. He REALLY missed his dad. George was the best tv dad! I wish he didnt pass away. The end of season 7 was SO SAD. 😭 😢
