Why are the police constantly telling us that they are so busy and can't deal with shoplifters and burglaries. Police management is absolutely disgusting.

At the end of the video the officers established that AB was just a member of the public, filming, while walking around in public. They had already established that in the first few moments of the conversation. And they could even see that from their office window several minutes before they came outside. It's notable that nothing described there is illegal activity. It's also staggering that after all these years none of them have heard of AB and his YouTube channel. And wow! Did you see the shock on his face at the suggestion that the police aren't 'above' the public!
