The Obamas were fabulous, as expected. The former President also stressed family when he spoke of Michelle's mother and his own grandmother. I agree, they are flipping the script in that regard.

Trump put the Obama family at physical risk by insinuating that Barack Obama wasn’t born in the U.S. I am not sure why you are surprised at how much Michelle Obama talked about Trump. Their speeches were fire!

michelle doesn't have TDS. her family suffered racist attacks by trump and goons. what she's experienced is real-life trauma that i'm happy she's finally able to discuss publicly. i doubt she meant to it, but a.b.'s dismissal of michelle's criticism as "TDS" trivialised the pain that trump inflicted on her family.

Watching Josh Shapiro watch Barack Obama was the highlight of my night, only surpassed by the strength and truth of Michelle Obama. That was the best speech I've heard since her hubby in 2004.

I think it's an unfair assessment to say that Michelle has Trump deraingnent syndrome. Considering how Trump, right wingers, and even Republicans criticized, harrased, and bullied her in and out of office. I'm sure most people would have been driven into a deep depression or to the grave with that negative attention. I really respect her for her strength, integrity, and grace.
