If witnesses are allowed, I would allow 1 each, if the House wanted Bolton, fine and if the President wanted the whistleblower, fine. Now, I would allow the House to determine if they wanted to not allow the whistleblower but if the house rejected providing the whistleblower then I would say no witnesses at all then, but I would give the House that option but it would either live or die depending on the Houses choice. The reason for this is, it cannot be one sided being heavy on the House side, the House has had 17 witnesses and the president has had none, that right there is not fair so you know, the House can't get everything and the defendant gets nothing, that is not the way our justice system works, it borderlines criminal, how would you like to be charged with a crime and not be allowed to defend yourself with witnesses.
