Thank you, Carrie about the sprouting broccoli. I planted sprouting broccoli this year first time ever and it bolted very quickly but I learned I could make a broccoli flower coleslaw. I also took the broccoli leaves and blanched them and wrapped them around a Mexican black bean mix! That was so much fun I decided to wrapped them around turkey meatballs, and serve them as an appetizer. It’s been an amazing adventure figuring out what to do with my rookie vegetable gardening results😊
