Totally unjust of me here not to give Reece James a green box by the way. He was magnificent up against a top winger and an early undeserved booking. Thanks for the support guys, we almost did it 🥹

Not sure if mentioned yet but I have to say, Reece James booked in 9mins and then doesn't put a foot wrong for 110 mins, unreal from him.

I don’t care what anyone says we played absolutely amazing and I’m super proud of this team this is a team that can dominate next season

I was at the Bernabeau. Unreal energy from the Chelsea boys tonight. Really thought we were gonna win it. Timo had his best game as a Blue, Pulisic had arguably his worst. Tough to see, but still so proud of the team

Hats off to Kovacic, he was absolutely brilliant and carried Chelsea along with Mount and Rudiger.

I felt like we lost this tie in the home leg, but what a performance and so proud of the club. We outplayed them and I felt we weren’t as clinical as we should’ve, but the game really felt like it was decided by a Mendy mistake and Kante mistake throughout the two legs. What a game.

Fair play to Chelsea. I thought Chelsea were actually gonna beat us but a few magical moments got Madrid thru. If Werner wasn’t subbed I think the tie would’ve gone differently. Anyways this game was a certified classic

i’m so proud of the team the way they brought it back but bringing Timo off wasn’t the best of decisions

If we were gonna get knocked out, THIS is how I wanted it to happen. We went out like warriors. And you better believe we’ll be back stronger next season💙💙

I would honestly give Reece James motm in that game
He was sensational and I feel like he really proved, just how amazing he is
He made so many good tackles and he predicted Vinicius Jr's moves so many times (Vini Jr is not easy to stop like that)
On top of that, he was helping a lot going forwards

He was so good for 120 minutes and I don't think a lot of players can keep up that level of play for such a long time

Despite the heartbreaking defeat, this is a night to be proud of. We went to Madrid with everyone against us and everyone saying we had no chance, and we silenced the Barnabeu. Yes, the silence didn’t last long, but it happened. We had Real Madrid scared. Now we have to hold our heads high and finish the season strong because we still have the FA Cup to fight for

I feel like so many people weren't paying attention to Werner after the goal, he was hurt, and I could see him limping a little while he was still in, Maybe not bring in Pulisic, but I think Werner definitely had to come off as to not risk anything bigger. It's funny though late last season, and most of this season so many wanted Werner gone.
