OMG guys, we're getting so close to E3 2017 and we couldn't be more excited to see what Final Fantasy goodness Square Enix have in store for us during the show.

Will we see a new Final Fantasy 7 Remake gameplay trailer, will we see the Final Fantasy XV Universe expanded and what will they show off for Dissidia Final Fantasy NT? All will be revealed in good time. For now though, we can certainly assume quite a few things based on the plans Square Enix has released for their Square Enix Presents live stream that will air throughout the show.

It's highly unlikely we'll get any news on the Final Fantasy VII Remake release date, but hopefully they will give some kind of update on the recent development changes and what this means for the game.

Nier Automata and Yoko Taro finally getting the success and recognition they deserve gives me life.

If Nier were to get a sequel it would most likely follow the same trend that we saw between Gestalt/Replicant to Automata.
Personally I believe the series doesn't require a third game, Automata wraps things up perfectly, and the emotional tension between Emil and the player in the desert can't be topped if you were one of chosen few to play the original Nier back on PS3. The entire segment was a masterpiece.

Automata managed to tribute the original cast without 2B/9S/A2 exactly knowing who they were or the battle they fought thousands of years ago, between oddly placed items and well executed name drops.

The only lingering question is what exactly happened to the original Emil, did he die? Or did he ultimately meet the same fate as his clones?

The end of YoRHa neatly ties up anything to do with the androids, the conclusion of the first Nier wraps up anything to do with the Replicant bodies as well as the Gestalt/Shades.

DESPERATELY HOPE Square Enix doesn't butcher a job well done to just get across some more gratuitous 'fan service'

Didn't the Nier: Automata higher ups or Yoko Taro said that if NieR: Automata sold really well which it did, that they would remake NIER Gelstalt/Replicant?

I'm 99% good with this schedule that Square are doing! I'm just a little worried about Kingdom Hearts.

that e3 2017 trailer line up thing has over 2 hours. They could show there big titles and surprises there.

I mean there are already enough new games to be released in the near future, so I would be expecting some update with FF7, 12, 14, 15, KH3, and DISSIDIA...

Well knowing Nier: Automata is well and done, what will they announce? Sequel? DLC? Switch port?

Impressed by their schedule. I think I'm going to really enjoy their E3 output this time.

As for hopes. Want to see news or info on potential multiplatform game launches later down the line (still holding out hope on FFXV for PC, perhaps coinciding with something game related to do with the FFXV Universe?)

Not sure why you're so excited over that first point. The reason this is is because they're showing a lot of games that are already out or are literally about to release and those two are an expansion pack and HD remaster.

And in regards to western titles they are selling IO Interactive while Crystal and Eidos just released their games and we know what they're working on. Just Cause 4 would be ages away if it's happening as well. Also they're likely to announce a Life is Strange prequel at E3.

All I really care about in squares conference is more FF7 updates, FF15 updates and some Dissidia story details. If they surprise us and announce a new game, i hope its some kind of sequel to some of their old stuff like The Bouncer 2, Bushido Blade, Brave Fencer Musashi, Xenogears, Ehrgeiz and Vagrant Story.. So glad they arent focused on western games, I havent liked any eidos games

Super happy that it's mostly Japanese stuff but they have some western stuff in their roadmap which was not mentioned. 1 one of them being Kingdom Come Deliverance which has been in development for some time and is a big deal. Listed all of them below.

Agents Of Mayhem developed by Volition (American company)
F1 2017 developed by Codemasters (British company)
Kingdom Come Deliverance developed by Warhorse Studios (Czech company)
MotoGp 17 developed by Milestone S.r.l. (Italian company)
MXGP3 developed by Milestone S.r.l. (Italian company)

All I ask is more FFVIIR, that's all I hope and pray for lol. Tifa and Aerith reveal, maybe even Sephiroth? Interested to see how both Tifa and Aerith will play in this new combat style, not to mention Red XIII and Cait Sith. AHHHH JUST PLZ SQUARE! It's been like, 2 years since our last trailer! Lol fingers crossed.

If Square Enix and/or Sony dont give us more on FFVII(a trailer? concept art of Tifa/Aerith/Sephiroth?) and KH3 they are not only going to piss people off, but people are gonna start to lose interest/faith.
