If the V10 had 32 bit audio built in then how come it's not built in to the G5? What audio chip is built in without the add on?

I like the idea of a quiet DAC, certainly my Samsung Galaxy has a lot of noise. However, the "Hi-Res" aspect is very off-putting as human ears cannot hear any sound produced above a CD, 44.1K sample rate. Google Nyquist Frequency if you don't understand why.

the G5 is a great phone buuuut the modular thing never worked out. still i can at least change my battery without breaking the case!

when using this module fm radio wont work, battery drains quickly and usb OTG function is disabled..fuuuck what a drag.

Still not the same thing as what the HTC One would do. Dual front facing speakers was the reason I bought the M7.

Just go for the LG V20. It has the Quad Deck Audio built in. The G5 is kinda crap in comparison.

Doesn't work with the FM radio!   Other than that it does sound better than the standard audio but FM is my main source for music on my phone so bitterly disappointed.  Only saving grace is that I bought from a Hong Kong retailer one third of the ludicrous UK price of £150!!!
