I lost daughter in hospital. At the time i was a dialysis nurse RN outpatient. Pulse ox was not used at outpatient dialysis. Difference in hospital nursing & outpatient dialysis. No pain meds given at dialysis center. We gave IV medication & TPN.

There could be alternatives. In case of beauty stuff. You could see how hydroxycholoquine deals with malaria people that have similar problem. Through partnerships with certified dermatologists before sending a prescriptions. Something that keeps most users on a safe board. And having tested by VIPPs regularly has helped them achieve reputation.

What do you think about sle causing chronic ischemic colitis? Or colitis in any form?

My rheumatologist just put me on hydroxychloroquine, 200mg 2x a day starting soon; I have to get it filled today. I have ZERO skin symptoms, but all the lab values (we’ve been watching this for about 2 years now, getting steadily worse but I felt “ok”. I don’t feel ok anymore), and this morning I woke up to a painful wrist I couldn’t bend. It’s not swollen but it’s hot. My ankles give me issues on the regular, but everything seems to be in larger joints, no toes or fingers.
I also have hEDS, so I’m extremely “bendy” and always have been until now. I don’t even understand how to operate my body with these joint limitations!! How do regular people operate within such limited movements?

Anyway, I recently had Covid for the first time, which could have contributed to this, as I’ve had Hashimoto’s for 23 years now (another autoimmune condition) and as y’all know, one usually leads to another 😅

I’m just so not looking forward to this, I have plans and this is some grade-A BS to throw into the mix

Hello Nurse Cathy, I'm still in nursing school; however, I am very interested in wound care nursing and IV infusion therapy. Could you think about incorporating those areas into your youtube channel and flash cards, in the future?

I’m late to the video so maybe you can’t respond. Told a few months ago I have Lupus. Told to find my own Rheumatologist also. Not getting any interest from my family Dr.
I live in Michigan. Do you think there’s a shortage of Rheumatologists?

I really hate when nurses or professors mention what race has what illness the most. You can always skip it. In the end we are not getting out of life alive.
