I just developed bilateral trigeminal neuralgia in Feb this year, and also just got bloodwork back saying I have a pos ANA (didn’t say what titer, but in the past I had 1:80 and all they found was high SSB), this time a lot of the follow up ANA testing didn’t show any super increased numbers except for a 13 out of 9 for anti-dsDNA. I have a lot of joint pain and fatigue and such, and think I have at least 16pts ont he criteria list, but X-rays don’t show arthritis. So (hypothetically) in cases like mine, how likely would lupus be after getting a positive anti-dsDNA?

I have positive ANA, speckled pattern 1:320. I was tested due to joint pain and fatigue. All the antibody test were negative. Does this mean I don't have lupus? I had only 1 antidsDNA.
