Q: How long does each player have to throw the disc?
A: 10 seconds.

Q: The players cannot what with the frisbee to advance it?
A: Run.

Q: After Catching the Frisbee, the Player must slow down immediately and use what in order to throw?
A: Pivot foot.

Q: As long as there are no turnovers, how many throws can a team have?
A: Limitless.

Q: What are the four ways a turnover can occur?
A: Blocks, interceptions, catching a disc out-of-bounds, and the time limit.

Q: Ultimate Frisbee is an athletic team game that helps player’s with their what Capacity and what Athleticism?
A: Aerobic and explosive.

Q: You can play Ultimate Frisbee with as little as what or as many as what?
A: 2 vs. 2 or 7 vs. 7/ 4 or 16

Lol, we made teams for this and all my friends knew how to play, luickily it started to rain so we had to go inside. Now it’s the morning and I’m trying to learn so I can be on there team.

This reminds me of the time when I had to choose a sport in my high school, but Ultimate Frisbee was the only option, and I was the only Grade 8 in my team ;-;
