I don't feel like we are leaving him. He bolted for a reason. What am I missing was he going from. South Korean prison to US Prison? Or just didn't want to go home? Obviously only he can answer. But it's not a rescue thing, and nobody abandoned him... what is the big deal besides his mother wants him home?

While I don't respect what this soldier did I will pray for his safe return. I am sure he has mental illness to do this and his family is grieving.
