Twin Flame Reunion Stages [10 TWIN FLAME STAGES / PHASES]

Twin flame stages [or twin flame phases] can be a confusing topic because it is often presented as a linear progression. Usually, twin flame reunion stages are explained in this order: 1) twin flames longing for one another before meeting, 2) twin flames "glimpsing" each other in some way, 3) twin flames meeting in the physical world, 4) the twin flame "love bubble", 5) twin flames triggering each other, 6) twin flames running and chasing + potentially separating, 7) twin flames surrendering to the connection and 8) twin flame reunion.

While I resonate with these stages, I also believe it is not necessarily the same progression for every twin flame couple. At times, twin flames can seem to flip back and forth between a few of the "stages" - even moment to moment. For example, twin flames often have several "love bubble" phases and then ego may become triggered and trip them into the "running/chasing" phase. This is just one example of many showing that every twin flame journey is entirely unique and based upon your soul intentions with one another that are created prior to incarnating here in this life. I am currently in the reunion phase and it is truly magical and like heaven on earth. The unconditional love we have for one another spills out into the quantum field and raises the vibration of those around us. I waited 48 years to be with him! When I explained that we were twin flames he immediately got it. I had to use every ounce of my ability to manifest to create our reunion. I told him I manifested him and he looked at me and said “you did”.

We met accindetely and became "friends". A lot of supernatural things happened while in each other presence, and we both knew it is something very special about us. We were never intimate, but definitely felt like "more than friends". We confessed our love and "connection" to each other after 2 years of push-pull and it was bliss. The last trigger happened in september 2020, which triggered my soul shock and DNS. I avoided him because of fear, insecurity etc. We never really ran away, we were always at arms lenghts with each other, but we communicate differently (through music and social media) and this can cause doubt and overthinking. Even in this turbulent and painful times we have each others back. He is killing me with his childishness, he is annoyed by my avoidance. And then we are back to mutual forgiveness and understanding... its crazy.

I’m at the surrender stage right now. After being the chaser for a little over a year. And being in separation for almost 12 years. I didn’t know about twin flames until last December. All I knew was that I had this very strong connection to this other person. He moved to another state almost 12 years ago and I hadn’t seen or spoken to him since he left. I hadn’t started seeing the repeating numbers until the end of the love bubble phase. Once we went into separation they were bombarding me to the point where I finally started looking them up and then saw the term “twin flames.” I looked deeper into it and all the signs and patterns fit. I always had seen 11:11 for years though but that was the only one I ever noticed. We’re currently still in separation and these numbers still hit me daily and always vary but I see number 44 at least 50 times a day lol. I definitely had the longing stage my entire life, you’re childhood feelings of love were similar to mine.
