Happy Saturday everyone 🙌
Now, I know this recipe I'm posting isn't a coffee recipe, but I thought I'd share this quick, simple and healthy smoothie recipe that I usually like to enjoy during the month of Ramadan either for Suhoor (at Dawn) or Iftet (at Sunset).
It's an energy booster that definitely would help fill you up if you're fasting or just need energy in general if you're on a diet.
It's very simple and tasty, so here's the recipe:
The number of servings for 3-4 people, so you can adjust as you see if
1. Add one medium size avocado
2. Add 7-8 medjool dates
3. Add 3 cups milk of your choice (you may need to add more if you want it to be less thick or add water if you wish)
4. Add some ice cube
5. Blend until smooth and creamy texture
6. Enjoy ❤️
