Public service announcement. When you agree to tow another boat, the moment you attach the tow line and engage the throttle you become responsible and liable for the boat you agreed to tow along with all the passengers. What I don't understand is for around 300 bucks a year is all it cost for a membership to a tow service like Seatow or similar company. Small price for peace of mind in my opinion.
