She lived more of a “rock star” lifestyle than a lot of rock stars. She might have been clean prior to overdosing. A lot of heroin users who have been abstinent for a time, no longer have the tolerance for the amounts they were used to using. When they relapse and take the same amount of heroin that they took when they were using regularly, it’s too much for their decreased tolerance to take and they overdose. It’s a shame when it looks like a person can’t find peace until they leave this world.

She had a baby with INXS singer Michael H. the man she wanted a life with. Bob Geldolf adopted their baby, Tiger Lily, after both parents died. He raised her with her half siblings.

Heroin has taken many people that I’ve known - it almost took me - I thank God every day for this second chance I’ve been given and I pray 🙏 for anyone struggling with addiction it’s really really insidious and creeps up before you know it - very sad 😢and yes worse yet that it took her daughter Peaches as well

Her husband, Bob Geldoff ended up raising her lovechild with Michael Hutchins, after they both died.

At a Boomtown Rats gig I got the Rats to autograph my trilby. When I went to take it back, Paula grabbed it and also signed it. Years later a guy asked to buy it off me and he was more interested in her signature than the band's!!

You forgot the daughter she had with MH. Her demise came about when the man she left BG for died ( MH ). Many believe this was the reason for her death.
