Nobody speaks like that in the actual conversations. Consume content in English and just talk with people. That's all you need to build English language skills.

Who speaks like this? Seems weird to say first and last names separately. If someone asks you where do you live, do you think they want to know how many rooms you have in your house?

I feel nostalgia right now. One year ago, I used to watch IELTS speaking tests videos in this channel and I used to practice their questions for an hour daily. It was a struggle but it did help a lot and got me an 8 on speaking section.

Problem in Indian schools is they don't focus on free speach. People are only learning to repeat pre constructed texts both verbally and written. They aren't encouraged to answer questions in their own words which would proof their understanding of a text. So many kids can't speak properly and fluently in English in their daily life. 🙏🏽💐🙏🏽
