Join Alan Blair on an epic carp fishing adventure that promises to go 'Beyond' normal carp fishing, heading to some of the most picturesque Portuguese islands, the stunning Azores!

In this first episode of "Beyond Banx," Alan Blair, joined by Dan Yeomans, takes carp fishing to new heights, exploring the picturesque lakes of the Azores.

After the action-packed park lakes, long drives, and general madness of "Urban Banx" and "Euro Banx," Alan sets out to start exploring Beyond... starting this new series at some of the most picturesque islands, this adventure promises to be an unforgettable journey filled with breath-taking scenery, dedicated angling, and unique experiences.

🔹 Highlights:

Scenic views of the Azores' most beautiful carp fishing locations as the duo work their way around the islands.
Watch the fishing strategies evolve; this was a trip that had its very own limitations, mainly that the duo could only take what they could bring via plane, meaning that kilos and kilos of boilies and particles were not an option.
Interactions with friendly locals and the unique experience of obtaining fishing licences in a remote location.
Wild and scaly carp, showcasing the untouched beauty of the Azores.

🔹 Why Watch?

If you're passionate about carp fishing, then this video offers valuable insights, breath-taking scenery, and the raw excitement of wild carp. Whether you're an experienced angler or just starting, Alan and Dan's adventure offers inspiration and practical tips to enhance your own fishing trips. Building on the success of "Urban Banx" and "Euro Banx," "Beyond Banx" takes us on a journey to a new and exotic fishing paradise, this isn't just carp fishing, this is Beyond.

One of the best carp adventure films I’ve seen … period. The endeavour, backdrop, companionship and the dinosaurs at the end. Speechless 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

Go on the Nash lads, Blinding film. From the personal motivations of exploring somewhere untouched to finally revisiting somewhere so prolific it has becomes part of your dreams. The rollercoaster of emotions felt across changing landscapes, how the climate has effected them, that daunting almost intimidating feeling faced by a huge expanse of water, you have no experience with. From the childlike glee of Alan filling up on littlun's to the awe of Dan cuddling the 50lb Dinosaur he'd imagined for a decade. A fishing film with so much more about the natural world and friendship than just a film about fishing. A refreshing lack of tackle tartery and product placement, more bargain baits and back to basics fishing than a v.i.p tour of my beautiful bivvi . Banging film I've already watched it three times and I'm sure that won't be the last . Thanks for always creating a film and not just a collection of clips.

I am a mad keen sea angler with an interest in going lure fishing in the Azores and a little dabble for the trout, so came across this video whilst researching. It has fired up my enthusiasm to get to the Azores even more. However, just wanted to say how wonderful it was to see the enthusiasm in Alan, the sheer joy to target those small carp in a stunning location was captivating and exactly what motivates me, my family call it the inner child! Thanks for an awesome video, I look forward to exploring some of the other videos you have made.

Brilliant, Epic, loved every moment and using the crayfish tail to catch is so old school it brought a smile to my face.

Well done
I understand that feeling to catch a dinosaur.
My fish in la gomera was 55.8 lbs
Few years ago now .
Ive been back to look since and saw the water was so low and haven't returned to fish uet but knowing they are still healthy is great news .
Some rain would be great to keep them going another few more years.
Well done lads .

Awesome job as always guys!

You really know how to transmit the passion for carp fishing. We want to see a pin in Mexico soon, you have the doors open to come and fish for fish that have never been caught. Tons of love and good vibes team Nash.❤️

With all the experience and wisdom the two of you bring to the carp community, it’s very nice to see you can still enjoy time on the bank fishin’ for carp regardless of size👍
And I did catch the “Alex Smith” tribute, he and Carl are one of my favorite YT carpers to watch!
