Finally a skinny up transformation. We been on the grind

The first one is my progress after one year and where im at right now. Me and my brother and sister grew up extremely poor so we would go days and sometimes weeks without food, it wasn't until a few years ago that we had sustainable nutrition, just last year when I moved out I could finally afford enough for me to gain some weight. It took me a whole year of working out and eating good and today, I currently stand at 6' and 140 pounds and im still moving up. Dont give up, I know it feels like things will never change, but all things do.
