How to Rig and Fish a Carolina Rig for Bass | Floating Worm

Here's how we rigged our Carolina Rigs:
Rod: 7'6" MH Fate Black rod from 13 Fishing
Reel: 13 Fishing Concept A
Fishing line: 15# mono & leader
Parker was using a 7'1" MH spinning rod with 30# Ninex Black braided line from CPF Lures, and a 15# leader
Weight: 3/8 ounce Burnt Tungsten bullet weight from CPF Lures
Glass bead between the weight and the swivel
Leader was approximately 20" long. You can adjust the length for personal preference
Hook: 3/0 offset worm hook

Here's how we fished our Carolina Rigs:
Long cast, slow drag, with 5 - 10 pauses in between dragging. Because the worm floats, it will continue to move long after the weight has paused.

Reminds me so much of fishing with my boy years ago. Priceless. Make sure you treasure those moments. They grow up and become men in a blink. Love your channel. About a year before we leave Kalifornia and hit Florida. Cannot wait.

I've used your worms over and over again. I put them on the hook carefully, and if I want to try a different worm, I take them off carefully. They are VERY tough, and I've used 1 worm for a week. On one worm, I caught 8 bass.

Nice video and always good time fishing with your son. My dad got me into fishing and will never get tired of fishing and know I get to do the same and it is a awesome feeling

Hello Mr. Pippin, I love your videos. I recently ordered and received 3 packs of your floating worms.

I had excellent success with them on a Shakey Head and Texas Rig. I love how the tail sits up on a T Rig. On one day, I caught seven on the T-Rig. The worm was still in great shape!..

Question, do you do anything different when drop-shotting it? I'm a little concerned that the floating nature of the worm may make the tail float up too much?

Thank you in advance for your response..

P.S. I'm a Lakeland Bassmaster member. Thanks for all your support for our club..
