I have heard the average person on the planet lives on less than $5 a day! And most Americans spend that much on their morning coffee alone. We are so blessed here, we are rich & we don't even know it. We are taught to be unsatisfied with what we have and go spend more to get more to be happy but it is not true. Less is MORE. Be content with what you have. That is one of the first steps to being truly happy. Thanks for the video!

Stop spending money you don't have trying to impress people that don't care.

Figure out what moves your needle and spend money there. Otherwise be "excessively economical". It's really that simple and it really isn't very difficult. Succumbing to social/peer pressure as an adult is truly immature/childish behavior. Early 20s maybe. 30s? You need to have outgrown that.
