How to Calculate Tenure (period of service) in Excel

Calculate Tenure in Excel using DATEDIF Function in months and years format.

Calculate the length of service in MS Excel using date of joining and date of leaving.

There are other videos that show this calculation, but not many that include anything that accounts for a gap or LOA. If someone is off on unpaid leave or changes to a job share position where their seniority is reduced by a %, this calculation fails. Is there a fix to this?

Hello sir….i want to calculate employee tenure. I know how to calculate when we have start & end date. But when END DATE is not available it should automatically calculate the tenure by taking current date. Pls help me…
