Good summary of the rules. The only rule from the Deluxe i was able to bring in the expansion game was the naval battles (wich are less abstract and gave me more satisfaction). Otherwise, all the rest where of... no use and a waste for me as i was expecting a real extension. Oh, yeah, bigger oil certificate, make them easier to distinguish from the money/credit. For me, it was a deception. Where you able to incorporate more rules from Deluxe into expansion? I dont see any other than the naval battles....
