That's a stable alternative idea to copy all these VSTs into the prefered Cakewalk path. I always left the VSTs in their original paths and added the paths under Cakewalk preferences. In this case Cakewalk will automatically find the new original VSTs when they were updated in the original paths by their vendors. What do you think?

Ok, I've moved my plugins to the Cakewalk folder but they aren't working (I had the track armed). I only get clean tone. I tried both a Metallica IR and MT-A (distortion). What am I doing wrong?

Or am I supposed to copy/paste?
