Mine used to do this and now when I click manage plugins it says I have 0 plugins and I don’t know what happened

it took 30 seconds of reading the comments for me to decide that this video isn't gonna be worth it. PAV actually responded/hearted comments that were just trying to ask about certain things and he completely ignored them. In one comment I read, he even responded to someone's question asking about how to install the NES VST and PAV responded "Windows or Mac?" and when the person replied "Windows" he completely ignored them.
The person that I was referring to has the username "bees or chainsaws" in case people want to look for that specific comment, for whatever reason.

I installed the dill (the file with screws) and I moved them around and it came up in scanned plugins but when I try to open it it says check if I installed it right..
