Methi mutter Malai is a healthy dish made from fresh fenugreek and green peas. I am giving a twist to methi mutter Malai by adding coconut milk. I'm using coconut milk and coconut cream to give you new taste yo our curry.

So let's Start - How to make Methi Mutter Malai recipe / Healthy recipe

[INGREDIENT]
Fenugreek [ Methi ] fresh 2 cups
Green peas [ Mutter ] 1 Cup
Coconut cream 1/2 cup
Coconut milk 3/4 cup
Garlic 3 - 4 dice
Water 1/4 cup (optional)
Coconut oil 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Cashew nut 10 to 12
onion one small
Salt as per taste

[ Procedure ]
In a pan add one teaspoon of oil saute onion and cashew nut, blend it in a blender.
Keep it aside. Now in a pan add oil add cumin seeds add garlic saute it.
Now add green chili
Add onion cashew nut paste saute it for 2 minutes
Now add fenugreek
Let it cook for 2 minutes now add coconut milk add green peas let it cook
Now ad coconut cream lastly adds salt.
If gravy is too thick add water
Your methi mutter Malai in coconut gravy is ready.
