I came from Archicad that I mostly used for 20 years and which has a different way of working .. and I struggled a lot with sketchup and I can say now, I found the best Chanel to learn this software with the most intuitive way of teaching !! Thank you ! Already subscribed.

I was able to refer to the script by downloading it and translating it into Korean since it wasn’t a live stream. Thank you!

Great video! I would like more approaches like this! Ways to improve SketchUp skills with tools and methods! In addition to this space for comments, how can I suggest new comments elsewhere?

The program dont want to make the radius at 4:10 on your video, it says "Number of segments is too large for given angle and radius". Wtf?

I did it in iPad Pro it took me hours but I did it all the way to the end except for the snap part. I don’t know if the Sketchup app has that.

I cannot make a 2 point arc on I pad or Mac. On both the same thing happens once I click the 3rd time to place the arc then it just disappears. Please respond to this with some help. I have been on several you tube videos trying to follow along and running into the same type of issues where the modeling process being used in the video doesn’t work the same way on my end. I have commented on servers of them and have never had a response. I am trying to learn this software but it is very difficult and frustrating when every time you sit down and try to enjoy a few minutes and learn you are met with complication after complication and are ignored when asking for help.

Wish sketch up had a better concept of assemblies, in this example the bolt could be constrained and given movement, allowing more interactivity as with other cad packages. This is a simple example but it allows better analysis of the sum of the parts for collisions etc

How did you turn on Key Logger (I believe you called it that)? It appears in the information bar at the bottom.

I cannot make 2 point arc from circle to bottom of rectangle. Once I click the second time my arc disappears this happens no matter if I got from rectangle to circle or vise versa. Why is this happening?

When did this Circle/Stamp feature come into existence? I’ve tried looking up help for Stamp but only get info on the contours tools. I’ve been using SU for years and this is as if I’ve just discovered a 27th letter to the alphabet.

Hello, could someone please take a look on the Web Fundamentals Course? All videos after the Quick Start section are not running. Thank you.

Difficult part, you must send the design to laser cutting team 😊

Man @sketchup the 2 point arc tool to working as it does in the video is annoying... I thinned tried to work around, and it further compounds the frustration because now my upper tube for the bolt is part of the lower portion.. Im following step by step, but he is able to group the upper with a triple click, while the same action selects the whole piece (including the base) for me. Wish the 2 point arc wasn't such a problem for so many new users.. what's the deal? Like I click, I click, I see the blue tangent line (arc) just like him, he clicks again and the line stays, I click and it vanishes. Insanely annoying
