Back in school, a friend and I had a running gag going on about a hypothetical game called "Realistic man" and basically it was exactly this. We came up with the stupidest inputs and objectives to make your character do the simplest things. We'd pick up our pens in slow-mo while breathing like a sedated narwhal and whatnot
