CS2 UPDATE : Huge FPS BOOST and MORE

🔥 Gameplay Fixes:

No more sneaky one-way visibility inside HE grenade explosions!
💥 HUD Improvements:

Health bars now expand to show numeric health values when spectating.
Reduced hitches from HUD elements popping up.
🎨 Graphics Enhancements:

New "Dynamic Shadows" setting! Choose between "Sun Only" or "All" for an immersive experience.
🔪 Animation Tweaks:

Bowie Knife view model now includes a left hand!

the shadow quality on low has a render distance, for example u cant see the shadow from con to top mid on mirage. keep that in mind
