Im here, sitting in my tiny rental flat, side by side with a very noisy road, in the upper level full of humidity where my daughter, wife and I get 30°C in summer and 14 in winter, being balder day after day without an amp and with only one guitar...enjoying and being happy for you, man, having the studio of our dreams!
