A big problem I have with this is that most all home security cameras today have such a wide field of view. They can still cover their neighbor's property just fine in many cases even if the body of the camera is physically aimed away from it.

All neighbors should have their own security cameras so everyone can see who is stealing or not from who. But not to spy on from inside. It's for the crooks

There is no expectation of privacy as far as the eye can see. You can't trespass the eyes As a form of expression,  photography is protected in the U.S. by the First Amendment to the Constitution.

In Texas a lot of the police dept. Have neighborhood cameras when you go into the tract of Homes, whether you're coming or going.

In an airbnb recently, I noticed a "neighbors" camera pointed directly into my room. I asked the host who said it was his. 1. Reasonable expectation of privacy is clearly violated. 2. I joked that I'm not paying extra for being naked in my room, but I really knew that they knew I'd been.

Of the ring door bell on home owners home says recording audio. Then stop talking trash in front of my home. I can hear you makes me part of the conversation

Yeah, just approach your neighbor and so easy. We have had an assault 3 injunction against harrasment, and constant voyer of out teenage girl who can't go swimming law needs to be changed....

Anything you can see from your estate should be recordable. No one can be considered a Peeping Tom by looking or recording outside their own window. Don't move into a neighborhood where there are Windows all around you and expect privacy. I would suggest If you're naked don't go outside and be sure you close your window blinds or you may be seen as an exhibitionist. I see nothing wrong with posting on the internet. Look at what my neighbor did. LOL.

It is very uncomfortable when open the windows the neighbor camera just point at your window especially at night with bright light
