My dad's E92 is the car that made me appreciate a drivers car. Also the one I kinda learned stick in. A lot of nostalgia with the E92 for me. I did some work on an E92 that had a cat delete, mid muffler delete and factory rear muffler. Sounded insane.

welcome to the club. alpine white on black 6mt e92 m3 here aswell. had mine for 4 months and change from bone stock. went fbo, e85, now im supercharged. tomorrow im doing a smaller pulley and meth. these cars are sick.

get those rod bearings and throttle actuators fixed before they grenade the engine. used engine for that thing is almost 7 grand

good choice Evan at throtl said you choose the right one. you may want to check into walnut blasting the valves in it since they do carbon up bad in a high miler.

Save money on the exhaust and try the secondary cat delete and 2.5 pipe mod. Not overly loud pottering about. But loud under load. A perfect compromise before going after market exhaust.

If you're confident in welding you'll be fine and can do it at the new shop.
