I'm an Audi owner (3.0 Supercharged) and don't usually watch BMW videos, but yours appeared in my algorithm, and just have to say, if I bought an M3, I'd want to mod it to look basically just like yours. I love your choices, everything from the wheel choice to the stance, fitment and even colour of car and brakes callipers. Amazing looking car man!

I just love the way this car sounds. Literally one of the best sounding v8’s.

you're totally right that it's more about the experience than putting up the best numbers. i want a car that's FUN to drive and this is it. plus it's hella civilized when you want it to be. I've used mine for camping, track days, 2000+ mile road trips, and for daily commutes to work.

E9x literally has the best body spec. Hands down . Some simple mods make it look beastly

Very Clean E92 my friend, it looks very OEM plus. I had a 2012 E92 Comp that I sold after three years of ownership. I absolutely loved the high revving 4 liter and the racing nature of the engine in general. It was one of my favorite cars all time and probably should have kept it. I do have a F82 M4 Comp now and I love it as well, it does sound like a shop vac compared to the E92...solid power though. I'll take delivery of my G82 M4 Comp in a few weeks we'll see how they all stack up against one another.

Good mention on the transmissions! So many people give the DCT hate as an "auto", even though it's far from a normal auto. The best way to figure out which one for you is just to drive both. I was completely set on getting a 6MT E90 until I was convinced to try the DCT. I ended up buying the DCT. It really is that good.

So much KNOWLEDGE in this one. Really though, this is going to help a lot of people who are considering the E9x platform. Very well done man!

Clean and tasteful build. This car is at exactly where it should be at this moment. All the mods and specs went to the direction where you wanted. It’s blessed to have someone who knows his stuff. I can’t agree more with what you have mentioned in the video and I’m at this point where I regretted it so much that I sold mine 😢. I’m planning on buying another one in the future and keep it for as long as I can. Can’t wait till that day comes around

A true manual supremacist, especially with these top trim levels, not enough like you man! I plan on getting a E90 M3 eventually around 100k miles. Thanks for this video btw.

The DCT is such a dope transmission!!! I always wanted a 6 spd E92 until I drove the DCT. Just bought my own a couple days ago!

Keeping up with this level of quality, you'll grow to 500k in under 5 years.

I passed through a Sonic in my E92 M3 awhile back and heard some kid outside comment "those cars are actually really slow" lol. I wanted to offer him a ride through the canyon and see the terror on his face but unfortunately he didn't have access to an adult diaper and you know I gots to keep the bamboo interior clean 😆

I got my rod bearings done for $1, 900 thanks to you 🤙🏽 Throttle actuators I paid $1, 200 for parts and did them myself. Fuel breather valve I paid $60 and also did a DIY.

Addendum:

Throttle actuators come in pairs. When one fails, the other will follow. Expect to replace them for about $3000+ for the pair with labor.

I have a high mileage 2008 E92 M3 at 225, 000+ miles. Here are some addition fixes that were required over the past several years.

Valve covers replacement - magnesium lining deteriorates over time. $2500 + gaskets.
O2 Sensors may go out - front and rear $2000
Driveshaft worn - $3000
Ground strap corroded - $200
SDARS Satellite radio - $3000
Front bearings - $2000
Accessory pulley (popped off while driving) $300
Side mirror motor malfunction - $600 to replace the entire mirror assembly. Installed DIY.
Trunk rear light malfunction - $130 per side (DIY)
Starter motor - $550 + 7 hours labor - it's buried in the heart of the engine.
Brake sensor failure.
Secondary engine blower (for warmup).
Downpipe leak.
