Good video kindly share more like this, we need it because we don't know about them. I also have experience with LG ( Monitor ) . Phone call super delay 2 day to follow them but service engineer friendly, and replace it for me. So more video like this. Many people required awareness like this. 👍👍👍

if you are running 2-3 days, you have to use conservative mode ( laptop won't charge more than 60% with plugin charger always ) + lenovo vantage gives easy access for overclocking and underclocking ... use AC + any vaccum or make airflow underneath laptop for temp maintainence. I run my legion y740 (rtx 2060) in performance mode for more days in same way .. it runs cool . the heating occurs but doesnt cross 85*c .

I too had a bad experience! I had issue with my display and claimed warranty. The new display had bright spots which I got replaced too. The 2nd replacement had severe backlight bleeding. They said its working fine and stuck with a sh*tty screen.

I too faced similar issue with Lenovo. Initially I placed complaints & they replaced the part. For few hours it worked then my TP stopped working. So raised second case & the service engineer visited my location & replaced new one.

Highlighted thing is the replaced part is already used one 😂 (literally 1yrs old part)

So people! Plz be aware that you are replacing your damaged part only with new part.

You can google & find a way to know is your replaced part is new or old.

Yes. Lenovo call center sometimes they didn't want to repair 2nd time within warranty. I experienced it. But service engineer always better and polite people.

Bro, my friend also had a Lenovo laptop. He took to authorised Lenovo service centre in Chennai for some CD driver issue. But they changed the processor of that laptop, which we came to know later. Even authorised service center are doing such activities.
