Facing same issue gpu utilisation 0% and many other issues Lenovo changed the motherboard 3 times 5-6 windows installation and ddu. From past 7 months raised 7-8 complaints but no solution please help how can I take refund purchased it from offline Store

I have same problem but with multiple issues with (lenovo ideapad 5 pro i7 11th gen)
not even passed 2 year
I have extended the warranty
but from 2-3 month
Facing issues like
1. Camera not working (replaced 1 time)
2. Auto force shut down
3. Blue screen error
4. Fan not working (it is solved after 3 attemps)
5. Cpu throttling
When i said them i want replacement or refund they said we can't do it
We can only replace the parts that you facing problem with.
Where my issue is still not resolved after so many attempts
I am so stressed 😥.
Please suggest what can i do 😭

Bhai MDOA letter mil gya hai 3 din ho chuka hai par avi tak pickup nhi kiya gya hai laptop kitna din lagta hai lagbhag??
Lenovo ke taraf se refund kr liye bola gya hai btao Bhai kitna tym lagbhag lagta hai pickup and refund hone me.

I recently bought an LOQ 24GB, but it didn't turn on after the first use. I claimed MDOA, and the engineer confirmed and sealed it, but it hasn't been picked up yet.

My question is, once I receive the DOA certificate, is the refund confirmed? Or will it be checked again once it reaches their destination?

Mera aaj Flipkart lenovo Thinkbook 16 G6 aaya hai but usme problem yah hai ki bahut saare chhote chhote black dots hai... Aise to pta nhi chalta hai lekin deadpixel test check karne pe 15, 16 ek side aur 7, 8 pixels ek side kharab hai i think... Mujhe kya karna chahiye ... Maine call kiya to Flipkart wala bola ki replace ho jayega.. aap app se hi return maar dijiye... Mai kya karu .. mere room pe check karne waala nhi aa sakta hai kya .. ki mai confirm ho jau ki ye dead pixels hi hai ???
