This video will help you to understand the process of boxing up your machine and sending it to Lenovo's US depot repair center.

Regarding Warranties:

Shipping and Packaging costs depends your Warranty Type:

1. With Mail-In Warranty, the Customer is responsible for the costs of shipping and packaging their device to our Depot Repair Center.

2. Depot Warranty provides different levels of shipping and packaging options for our Customer which may include:
- Lenovo sending an empty box and shipping label for our Customer to package and ship to our Depot Repair Center; paid for by Lenovo
OR
- Lenovo emails a Shipping Label only for our Customer to use their own box for shipment to our Depot Repair Center; shipping costs paid by Lenovo

Excellent service. I was hesitant to send my laptop, I was worried about the cost. It was a pleasant surprise when they fixed it and I did not have to pay a cent. All the process took around a week and they followed up to make sure the issue was fixed. I am really impressed. Good job Lenovo
