i really like the idea of including a tw and it’s very thoughtful but i feel that the disclaimer could have been significantly better. instead of addressing that even if we eat that we won’t look like you i would point out how this is only your lunch and not enough food for a full day and that eating healthy looks different to everyone and this is just how you’re feeding your body and mind
