Thanks so much. I'm 66 and I do indeed remember the early days when everything with computing was a discovery. Then somewhere along the line Windows became as exciting as a toaster. I didn't even know it was possible to create our own OS. Inspirational!

"Who actually has a CD-ROM these days, holy smokes"

And I took that personally ... :D

Dude for a second I thought you were going to take us into a Linux from Scratch vlog where you end up with TitusOS.

I could spend hours watching a video of you customizing the different desktops and all (although I know that in linux, everything is faster, and cleaner). It's just mesmerizing how you took it to the next level.

I looked at your LinkedIn resume pretty insane!!!! How much knowledge you have, it’s mind boggling lol with only a CC degree you outshine a lot of these kids out here, definitely a IT veteran much respect to you!.

Finally a tutorial video where there is no thing that got changed or just other random stuff that happens always when I follow ANY tutorial video. Thank you! (I update this comment if I find something as I'm only at the base system configuration stage lol)

Awesome video, thanks Chris. Ventoy alone was an amazing tool for me to learn more about. Arch is fun to install and customize and I’ll need to try your menu-driven way to see how it goes. Thanks again great content!

Had this on full screen, literally did a double-take when the ASUS logo came on screen. FOr one panicked moment, I thought my rig was rebooting.

I'm only 2 minutes in the video and I'm already super interested to see the whole process... Thanks for sharing this info online man.

This video inspired me upon it's release to embark on learning to use linux. I started with Ubuntu and quickly jumped ship to Pop_OS! where I officially abandoned windows entirely with intent to use Pop as my host until I learned what I needed to learn to build my own system.

About a year and a half later, I'm now running my own Arch system thanks to your videos and the videos of a couple other youtubers here who have been generous enough to share your knowledge with the world.

I still have a long ways to go before I really know anything about linux. But I definitely feel as though I'm ahead of the game at this point. Keep doing what you do, and thank you!

I was watching videos about writing operating systems somewhat recently and I thought this was a video about that too but I'm still happy to see people spreading the love of Linux
