I enjoyed the sequence where we lowered the chin and retained the breathe before lifting and letting the breathe back out!! this is new to me and very helpful and peaceful. I feel great!!

I watch your video once fully and then replay and do it practically. That way i don't have to open my eyes to see how you are instructing us.
