I've only recently started doing calisthenics, but on the first day, I was able to accomplish handstands for about 3-5 seconds. Thank you for your fantastic advice; I hope you do more videos in the future.

Good tips man! The one when you talk about falling forward and getting the notion of the handstand kick up is also great with the wall as you have an end point (if you go controlled otherwise it won't help, sure 😅) Keep up the great work!

I am still working on handstands, but being Retired Military I have always been trained to do handstands like single leg movements train when tired as well as fresh ( like a pistol squat if you only do it when fresh great, but your body needs different things to keep it challenging and changing
Uneven ground, don’t try different times during your workout)
Think about push ups ( do 1 arm/ diamond, pike keep your body moving and challenge with every day guessing) great video awesome info

I only recently got into calisthenics after a couple years of powerlifting, and my confidence was greatly misplaced. Closest I’ve gotten to a handstand was like a kind of half-handstand with my knees tucked but I could never straighten out my legs. This video helps a lot tho🤙🏽

Just started trianing calisthenics (powerlifter for years) it's so much fun learning new skills and i didht realise how hard bodyweight exercises can be even with a high level of strength... when learning a new skill like the handstand can you trian them eveyday. before a actual schedule workout or will it interfere? Cheers dude
