The whole point of the video is that our weapon manufacturing is dependent on other countries and during Kargil, other countries like Israel, France, US did not give us laser guided weapons when we needed it the most and our soldiers had to climb uphill against enemy fire and give up their lives.

And the guy mentions that also during his video " France ne laser guided weapons nahin diye ya kisi country ne nahin diye, main bhul gaya..."
