amazing results of eye patching this young kid came to me with decreased vision and he was diagnosed as having amblyopia or lazy eye on one side, i advised patching of normal eye, he did proper patching for 4-5 months and 3-4 hours per day, in patching we close normal eye for few hours per day according to patient age, though results are better before 8 years of age but he is 11 years of age and after doing proper patching, he recovered his vision by 5 lines, which is a great achievement, so my message is loud and clear that if proper patching is done, better outcome should be expected
