Dogs really do help with mental health. I suffered from Depression for years and when l got my German shepherd pup my Depression took a back seat. I haven't needed my anti depressants for over 11 years....My boy is 12 now ❤

Can confirm that dogs do WONDERS for one's mental health. My family and I would probably have not been able to handle the 2020 lockdown if we didn't have our super sweet Rey lifting our spirits and at the same time killing us with her soulful eyes. She is SO CUTE!

When it's hot, our dog leaves his cosy dog bed & lies flat out on the tiles on the kitchen floor. (We kept adding fleeces for him but he only wanted coolness.)
Maybe for summer, your pup would enjoy a colder floor?

I would not recommend painting the roof black because it attracts heat but at least it looks nice!

Anyone who will do all this for their pup are definitely good guys! I love it…and the fact you put a double window fan in there is awesome. And I love the fact you’re doing it and get the a doggie to help with your mental health is absolutely one of the most positive things I’ve seen in my life…..and I’m almost 71. And I adore animals especially doggies and kitties! I wish more people had a better thought process regarding mental health…..it would help so many with their day to day struggles. It’s such a positive thing to seek help for yourself. You and your brother seem to be fine young men….I really hope you get all things good in your lives. Enjoy your new doggie and I hope they enjoy their little home on wheels! I sincerely wish y’all the very best in life…..and please continue to give yourself the best mental health help you can…..you are worth it. Only thing I would have done differently is instead of that big window fan you put on the side I would have put a super small rv style roof fan.
