How to do exposed aggregate driveway

I've seen one or two videos of yours that you did exposed aggregate and what exactly did you do to do that? the handful of exposed aggregate jobs I've done in the past couple years, it comes from the batch plant, we pour, screed, mag and edge and bull float it, and that's pretty much it, come back a few days later and it's got a powdery coat on top and we wash it off and seal it
