Note: It costs 5m beli, and you keep the fruit bowl if you talked to him with it in your inventory if you dont have enough beli. If you die with the bowl in your backpack you can still purchase it, and if the fruits aren't in your server, rejoin another one because sometimes they tend to glitch and bug out or someone already collected them.
